2. Collection and storage of personal data when visiting the website
When you visit our website, the browser automatically transmits information to the server of our hosting provider. This information is temporarily stored in what is known as a log file. The following data is collected without any action on your part and stored until it is automatically deleted:
- IP address of the requesting device
- Date and time of access
- Name and URL of the file retrieved
- Website from which access is made (referrer URL)
- Browser used and, where applicable, the operating system of your device
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest arises from ensuring the secure and stable operation of the website.
3. Contacting us
If you contact us by e-mail, the data you transmit will be used exclusively to process your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
4. Services used
- Hosting: The website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestraße 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. The provider processes personal data exclusively for the purpose of providing the website on the basis of a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
- Fonts: No external web fonts (e.g. Google Fonts) are loaded. The presentation uses exclusively system fonts already available locally on your device; no data is transmitted to third parties in the process.
- Appointment booking (Calendly): For online appointment scheduling we use Calendly (Calendly LLC, USA). The booking calendar is only loaded on our website after you have actively clicked the corresponding button and thereby consented to it being loaded (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR); no data is transmitted to Calendly beforehand. If you schedule an appointment, the data you provide is processed by Calendly (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). As a data transfer to the USA takes place, we expressly point out Art. 49 (1) (a) GDPR. - Analytics tools and tracking: Currently, no analytics services (e.g. Google Analytics, Matomo) and no tracking cookies are used.

We use SSL/TLS encryption to protect your data when you visit the website and during every transmission.
7. Currency and amendment of this privacy policy
This privacy policy is currently valid. As our website and offerings develop further, or due to changes in statutory requirements, it may become necessary to amend this privacy policy.
