Accessibility Statement

We strive to make our website low-barrier and accessible to as many people as possible – regardless of disability, age or the technology used. This statement describes the current status and how you can report barriers to us.

Target conformance level

We follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at conformance level AA – the standard customary internationally and in Germany (BITV 2.0, EN 301 549).

Compliance status

The website has been tested automatically (using, among others, Lighthouse/axe) and additionally manually. According to these tests, the website is largely compliant with the requirements of WCAG 2.2 AA. Implemented features include: consistent keyboard operability with a visible focus, a skip link to the content, a semantic page structure with landmarks and headings, sufficient colour contrasts, alternative texts for images, respect for the "reduce motion" setting, and low-barrier embeds that load on click.

Non-accessible content / known limitations

Certain content provided by third parties is beyond our direct control. This applies in particular to the online appointment booking (Calendly), which is only loaded after an active click and whose user interface is the responsibility of the provider. As an alternative, e-mail and phone are available at any time for scheduling an appointment.
